Amputee On Call
Our Mission: To assist any person with problems or questions about any disability. We are a free service and never ask for a fee. If you have problems we probably can find the answer. Our specialty is amputations, but we will try to answer any and all disability related questions.
Some of our Projects: I served the Governor of Florida for about 6 years as a member of the Florida Governor’s Americans with Disabilities Act Working Group; I chaired the Electronic Information Task Force and lectured on Accessible Electronic Information Technology. I am a member of the The International Center for Disability Resources on the Internet, and an advocate for Accessible Web Design. I have a certificate in accessible web design. I am a member of Amputee Empowerment Partners as a Certified Peer Visitor.
We are available to assist family or friends of amputees and person with disabilities. We do pre and post amputee counseling in the Southeast Texas area. We can also be contacted by email and or phone.
